JohnAKERSof Mayfield former Builder of Ashbourne passed away peacefully on the 22nd January 2023 aged 85 years. Beloved Husband of Carol. A loving Dad to Catherine, Adrian, Jill, Joanne and the late Jane. A dear Grandad of Hannah, Holly, Sam, Katie, Ben, Rebecca, Laura, Tom, Jack, Harry, Archie and Daisy and loved Great Grandad and Father in law. Funeral Service of Thanksgiving St John the Baptist Church, Mayfield on Wednesday 8th February 2023 at 12noon. This follows a private family cremation. Family flowers only, any donations gratefully received will be given to Macmillan Cancer Support & Marie Curie c/o A Slater & Sons 37-39 Compton, Ashbourne DE6 1BX 01335 345120 www.aslaterandsons.co.uk
